League City presents Holiday in The Park the first weekend in December
It's that time of the year again! League City will be celebrating
the 19th annual Holiday in The Park the first weekend in December,
the 2nd-4th.
The theme for this year's event is "Your Favorite Holiday Movie."
This free event will include
food, entertainment, a festival, a visit from Santa, and a parade.
On Friday at 7pm there will
be a movie under the Oaks. Before the movie take a stroll with your family and friends through the decorated park filled with fun for all. Saturday morning will be started with a children’s
holiday parade beginning at 10am. Bring a decorated bike or wagon and be in the
parade. It’s free to all. The parade goes into League City park for a visit
with Santa.
The Grand Night Parade kicks
off Saturday evening at 6pm and will feature gorgeous floats and so much more. Sunday is the Annual costume contest and pet
parade at 1pm.
If you have never been to
this event, you need to mark your calendar and be ready for a real treat! Make
it a family traditions and kick off the Holiday season.
